On November 25, the United Arab Emirates celebrated its inaugural National Sports Days, with more than 220 events across the country. There were recreational, promotional, communal, educational and competitive activities, with the event seeking to highlight the different segments of UAE society and the harmony among its culturally diverse residents. The occasion also brought together 2,481 people for a record-breaking session of jujutsu in Abu Dhabi, earning the UAE a Guinness World Records title for the largest jujutsu class in history.
Badminton, minigolf and basketball enthusiasts participate in activities at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) as part of the UAE National Sports Day.
Ping Pong Dubai
As part of the Ping Pong Dubai initiative, Dubai's residents try out a game of table tennis across two locations in the emirate - Dubai International Marine Club and Dragon Mart shopping mall.
