To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the launch of the James Bond franchise, the Burj Khalifa hosts a unique exhibition, giving visitors an exclusive behind-the-scenes view of the world’s most iconic spy films
Since its 2012 debut at the Barbican Centre in London, ‘Designing 007: Fifty Years of Bond Style’ has toured the world, reaching a dozen cities across five continents. It has now come to Dubai's world-class exhibition room - the Annex in the Burj Khalifa - running until 13 February 2017.
To celebrate 50 years of one the world's longest-running franchises, cinephiles will have the chance to delve into every aspect of Bond, from original costumes such as Roger Moore’s white tuxedo in Octopussy, to props and gadgets like Bond’s attaché case in From Russia with Love, and iconic vehicles like the 1964 GoldenEye Aston Martin DB5.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to explore behind the scenes of the films, with explanations of set, production and graphic design, special effects, music and more.
The exhibition comes at a particularly exciting time, as the world awaits the announcement of the next actor to play the legendary spy.
